Don't know how new they are but several companies have attachments to go onto your cock with an egg in it. There aren't really any side effects to a cock pump. The only thing you need to watch is how much you pump. You have to put a little lube on it, if you don't watch how far you pump you can actually pump a nut up the tube which I heard hurts!
