There is no delicate way to put this so here goes... If you have a bowel movement with a big piece of feces you would have to relad to get it out. The same principle applies to anal sex... You have to relax as if you have a large piece of fecal mater trying to come out, thus allowing the entry of his penis. One still needs lubrication and a partner who is willing to take it slow with you. Beyond that and what has been said in previous posts there is no magic bullet.
