Encrypted/Secure Photos, necessary?
2004-11-14 18:06:59
What is the standard protocol for sharing photos with others? Is it necessary to encrypt or send secure emails? Our service provider allegedly prohibits the transmission of explicit photos, and we would just assume not violate anyones policies. On the other hand, we are new to this lifestyle and don't wish to insult anyone.

Thanks...

If you're looking to post pics here

Your email provider has nothing to do with posting pics here.. You are simply sending them to this site via intenet link and the program imbedded here. I'm not sure that your email provider can see your pics if you wanted to send a pic to a friend via email.. Why not sign up for email with another provider.. There are plenty of free emails available still. But encoding is not necessary to send to this site and would probably not be decoded.. but you'd have to ask the owner if decoding is possible here. Just use the facility under My Stuff on the right side of most pages and click on Manage Photos and follow the instructions on the page that cums up.. Good luck..

Their service provider isn't necessarily their email provider. Their service provider could be their link to the internet, and so then that includes swingdater.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc. It's possible that they prohibit it as part of their rules but that they can't tell what you post and they can't stop you either. If you post a pic on the site or email it you're taking a chance. One thing you could do is zip it up, that might make it harder to detect. Or start out posting or emailing pictures slowly, and gradually up the naughtiness.
