The swing club scene is just too intimidating for me. I guess that's why we don't get around as much as he would like!

We have tried the swing clups and parties. Seems to be ...for the most part....desperate people and people willing to take big risks. We have patience and screan carefully the people we play with.

We are really just getting into all of this, but would love to visit a swing club. We are very open minded and ready to try new and exotic things togeather.

hi to all. we dont got to any swing clubs. we talked a lot about it but at the end we decided that it might be an interesting expirience but in private things are better. so we ended up having a great experience with an older cpl (50) last year. for now we are enjoying it staying in contact online with some friends and talk about experiences and fantasies also doing a bit of pic swaping.

We have a great time at a local club. The environment is clean and friendly, the people are great. We mainly enjoy each others company, but when it's right we have a blast with the people we swing with. He enjoys dancing for the ladies, and has become quite good at it.

We have been to a couple of parties, being that we are not skinny Ken and Barbi body type we feel out of the loop. Maybe if there was a club just for larger body types?

We are planning to go to a local private party. The hostess interviews everyone and provides all the amenities. Sounds like fun, since this will be our first group experience. It is nice to know that it will be a comfortable environment with all the pushy people weeded out and rules for conduct. Sounds like a good and safe time to be had by all.

i have been to a swing club before it was okay a bit odd but cool my current man has never been to one and would love to go but so far havent been able to find one to get him to it!

I guess it depends on what one calls a club. There are clubs that are on premise and clubs that are off premise and there are clubs where it might be described as a social but when the dance is over everybody retires to the club floor in the hotel and the partying begins. We have been to clubs where people were doing everything just short of screwing in the ball room. We have also been to clubs where overt sexual activity in the ballroom is not allowed but nudity and touching, as long as it's not direct genital contact, is OK... So we go to several clubs but none of the hardcore on premise clubs that some may be talking about. On premise clubs can be less than healthy places to meet or to have sex....We have no idea where that thing has been in the past week let alone the past 6 months... Indescriminate screwing is not safe. There should be no pressure in any swing setting.. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do.

As for the beautiful people... I find the clubs like nudist camps or colonies... Wher do you find the Kens and the Barbies. We go to clubs whit the mid 30's being the young 25%; the late 30's and to mid 40's are 60% crowd and the late 40's and 50 's group are about 10% or slightly more.

Great poll......Kathy and I usually attend swinger clubs ( generally off-site) during the winter and swinger friendly nudist resorts during the summer. And in generally we average once to twice a month. Wow....seems permiscuous.....in reality, we seldom hook up with other couples until we have gotten to know them. So usually, we go with the expectation of possibly meeting people , nothing else. Only once in nearly 4 years have we decided to play with a couple we had just met. So why go?.....the biggest advantage of dances or clubs is face to face contact, icy breaking dancing and an opportunity to evaluate little more than a few type lines on the internet or a few graduation photos. No, its not for everyone. Those who have trouble socializing or dancing or possibly opening up to strangers would not find this an acceptable vehicle for meeting others. We love to dance as well as people watch and have no reservations about walking up to someone, complimenting them and asking for a dance. Honestly, playing 300 questions on the internet may give you a little more info.......provided you believe what you read.

We frequent a number of off-site parties in our area as we prefer to have the time at the party as an interview/screening time. Then, if and only if, we both like the couple or hook up with friends will we go to an after-party and then we still reserve the right to not play. We are picky about who we play with and on-premise sites the crowds tend to be a lot smaller and are usually not what we are looking for. Not that all are bad, but our experiences have shown that for what we look for, off-premise offers the best choices. (Lost count of times at parties)

We like to go out at least once or twice a month. We love meeting new people & having a good time;o)

My lady and I have experienced every question, emotion and doubt associated with swing clubs. What we need to remember is that a swing club is like alot of things. There are those with no standards and the members typify a club where no rules are enforced and membership requirements are non-existent. There are, on the other hand, clubs that require not only a membership application and a sponsor but you must then be interviewed by a boardmember and his/her significant other. Then you must attend 3 times before you can become a member. Seems like alot but it pays off in spades.

Wehave been members now for 3 years and we have socials monthly. We have met the neatest people and consider them friends in all aspects of life. They are helpful, courteous and genuinely care about all members. Did I mention that at the socials they tend to lose their clothes and become extremely affectionalte and passionate people.

Again we had our doubts and fears. we got lucky and joined the absolute best swing club around and we have not been sorry. I hope anyone considering a club are as fortunate as we were.

I am trying to get my husband to go to a club here in Idaho. He has only 1 objection. Where are there swing clubs in IDAHO? I want to try some new cock out after 18 yrs of marriage and he is to wonderful to keep to myself we just dont know where to go. Anyone know of a swinging club in Southern Idaho let us know!!!

If you were in Phoenix, I could point you to a bunch of swing clubs that are here. Most people that I have met from Idaho are Mormon folks, and their idea of a swing club is a bunch of parents going to a park with playground equipment that you push the kiddies on and listen to them say, "Wheeee, higher, higher!"

My husband and I go once or twice a month. The dances are great and give you a chance to get to know people. We haven't played yet. Mainly because we just haven't really been that attracted and turned on. We like the clubs and have made some friends. It's very hard to find 4 people attracted to each other at the same time. We've IM'd and emailed a lot of couples but can't seem to get past that and then never hear from them again.
