If it's tight like the rubber ones then maybe 30-45 min.. I believe that was the suggested time on one package. The leather type maby be left on longer unless it is sinched down very tight and then I'd say 30 min. There are also the type that are made of surgical tubing abd can be tightened and loosened this could be adjusted so that it can be left on longer simply by loosening it a bit. Just remember it is made to hold the blood into the penis to prolong the errection. Loosening it will allow the back flow of blood from the penis... So how long is long ..I think that depends on the type and how it is used but I think that most of the manufacturers suggest that 30 min is the limit.
